I'm doing a marketing communication research for my school project. It would be very helpful if you can answer the following questions:
1. How do you perceive the Japan-_base_d brand “Shiseido”?
2. Do you like it or not?
3. What do you think its brand image/identity can be improved to make westerns being more acceptable?
