We especially see this with professional athletes and celebrities. On television and in the media we're only shown the results of what amounts to a lifetime of effort. We're shown the fit, muscular physiques, the gold medals and the victories. What we're never shown are the years and years of training that went into achieving those results, whether it's a world-class swimmer or a wrestler
