Jeanne Arthes Paris French Perfume

French perfume is considered the best in the world, but it's also known as expensive and snobby by many consumers. A new French perfume line from Grasse, France, the perfume capitol of the world, aims to change that by becoming known as the first French Perfume without the attitude. Jeanne Arthes Paris, introduced in the United States in 2007, is a new subsidiary of the Arthes French perfume line that has been selling quality fragrances worldwide for 3 decades. Jeanne Arthes Paris aims to present excellent modern scents at reasonable prices. Jeanne Arthes Paris has already experienced great success in Europe and Asia, where it is among the top 10 mass market perfume brands, and it should soon be a bestselling French perfume here as well.

Jeanne Arthes Paris French perfumes include the Boum line (Boum Que Calor, Boum Catch Me, and Boum Be Different), Rocky Man (Rocky Man, Rocky Man Black, and Rocky Man Silver), and Sweet Sixteen. Each line is marketed at a different type of consumer: young urban professional women who like to go out on the town, young men, and teenagers with sophisticated tastes.

The Boum line is known as "scents for the party girl" and comes in three versions. Boum Que Calor is a fruity, exotic/flowery scent in an orange-hued canister that retails for $12.99 for a 30 ml bottle. Boum Que Calor's notes are citrus, ginger, green tea, and sweet pea in a woody base.

Boum Catch Me is also $12.99 for a 30 ml bottle; this version is a yellow canister. Boum Catch Me is a sexy, feminine scent that blends greens and white florals. Its main notes are lily, mandarin, and fresh citrus.

Boum Be Different also retails for $12.99 for a 30 ml bottle; this scent comes in a pale green canister. Boum Be Different is a unique citrus/floral scent, with notes of citrus, lavender and white flowers.

Rocky Man, the Jean Arthes Paris men's line, has three different versions that all retail for $14.99 for a 3.3 fl. oz. bottle. The original Rocky Man fragrance, which comes in a dark bottle shaped like a male torso, is a clean, fresh and masculine scent with notes of lemon, Artemisia, lily, neroli, basil, sandalwood, cedar and musk.

Rocky Man Black is a fresh, spicy chypre fragrance with top notes of mint, lavender, citrus and bergamot, heart notes of fern and clove, and base notes of patchouli, cedar and vetiver.

Rocky Man Silver is a fruity chypre fragrance with top notes of citrus, basil and rose, heart notes of lavender and juniper, and base notes of cedar, sandalwood and musk.

Sweet Sixteen is intended as a great "Sweet 16" gift for sophisticated teenagers. It is a fruity floral with top notes of ginger and grapefruit, heart notes of rose and hibiscus, and base notes of vanilla and sandalwood.
