Ingredients:
5 drops lemon essential oil
3 drops rosemary essential oil
8 drops grapefruit essential oil
4 drops yarrow essential oil
2 ounces coconut oil (or substitute equal parts sesame and flaxseed

Blending Procedure:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bottle and shake gently. Before blending, you might wish to mix just the essential oils together first and let them "mellow" together for a few days before adding the carrier oil.
   
   
2. To use, rub a bit of the massage oil up the arm to your lymph nodes. From the center of the chest, rub again toward your armpit and then down your neck. For legs, massage from feet and work up.
