Pantene No Longer the Most Trusted Hair Care Product PDF Print E-mail
For two years running, 2006 and 2007, Proctor & Gamble brand, Pantene was listed as Britain’s most trusted hair care product in Readers Digest Most Trusted Brand list. In the Magazine’s 2008 poll the most trusted brand was Head & Shoulders, also from Proctor & Gamble.

Readers Digest’s analysis found that perception of quality was an important factor in building customer trust. Head & Shoulders’ line of shampoos and conditioners are seen as the most effective treatment for dandruff.

 

Other products that came out on top among British consumers included toothpaste brand, Colgate, in the skincare and sun protection category, Nivea and Boots for cosmetics.
