Nicki Waterman, fitness expert and co-host of the GMTV show, Inch Loss Island says that most women do not realize that they only need 2,000 calories per day and not the 3,000 most consume. She also stated according to online sources, that it is better to eat often but eat smaller portions. This Waterman states reduces the need for snacking.

Eating three large meals per day results in the “perils of snacking” Waterman states. She also suggested that keeping active was also good as it helps to make people want to eat healthier.

 

Inch Loss Island brands itself as “a unique exercise and eating program” that calls for a “complete rethinking of your lifestyle”.
