Nicki Waterman, fitness expert and co-host of the GMTV show, Inch Loss Island says that most women do not realize that they only need 2,000 calories per day and not the 3,000 most consume. She also stated according to online sources, that it is better to eat often but eat smaller portions. This Waterman states reduces the need for snacking.
Inch Loss Island brands itself as “a unique exercise and eating program” that calls for a “complete rethinking of your lifestyle”.
