Thirty-three year old actress Eva Longoria reveals some of her beauty secrets in an interview published online. Longoria, unlike many actresses in Hollywood claims that her size was not a result of trying to adopt to the body image expectations of Hollywood. She was quoted on online sources explaining this, “…At the level I’m at in my career, it’s about acting, not about my size.” She added that “The Hollywood lifestyle just happens to be the one I live – I like staying in shape and eating healthy.”

Longoria stressed the importance of a healthy diet of most mostly vegetables and fish, and exercise on keeping fit and healthy. She said that the only body part she consciously works on is her butt. Online sources quote the Latina beauty talking about her reason for exercising: "I worry about gravity taking its toll, and that’s why I work out regularly – anything for my butt.”
