Eventually an active lifestyle will become habit and will just come naturally, without taking planning or thinking about but initially you have to purposefully make the decision to increase your level of activity. And if it is hard for adults, you can expect that it is even harder for kids, who don't necessarily understand the negative health effects of being overweight.
