Hands are the first of all body parts to show your age and need quiet a lot of pampering and care to keep of wrinkles and keep them looking young, supple, soft and beautiful. Hands are always on show, so the ideal is to have a smooth skin and nicely manicured nails. This exposure causes the skin on the backs of our hands to age quickly; pigmentation marks may appear. Frequent contacts with water and chemicals, sun, cold weather, gardening all put your skin under a big stress. While hands do not have many oil glands, they will give away your age earlier than your pampered face. In the meantime, it has been noticed that after making eye contact, the next thing people pay attention to is your hands. Beautiful, well-kept and delicate hands are important. But the earliest signs of aging will show on your hands. Prone to liver spots, lines, wrinkles and general dryness, hands should always be protected from the sun. You can give an instant refresh treatment to your hands at home by soaking your dry hands in warm olive oil. Fill a teacup with the warmed oil, dip in your fingers and let them soak for a few minutes. When you remove them rub the oil into your hands and allow as much of it as possible to be absorbed before rinsing away the excess. Also, you can smother your hands with rich cold creams. On a more mundane level, always wear rubber gloves when you are washing up - a far from glamorous look, this precaution will reap dividends in the long term. The care should be taken about these useful hands. There are three points which can make our hands beautiful which are soft skin, beautiful nails and pretty fingers. You should remove all your rings and use warm water and soap to wash you hands. After washing your hands apply a little moisturizing cream on your cream. Immersing your hands in cream for long time should be avoided as it can cause infection of the skin around nails.
