Makeup has the power to transform the face, create an image and boost self-confidence..... in short, to make you feel good about your-self. The psychological and morale boosting benefit of makeup is an acknowledged fact. Make up should be an extension of what makes you you, not something that makes you into someone else
Smoky eye make up tip Makeup Tip 2) keep your clothes in mind. The make-up colors should be harmonious. Makeup Tip 3) For close-set eyes: Apply darker tone from the center of the eyelid outwards, beyond the outer corner. Apply a lighter tone from the center to inner corners. Makeup Tip 4) After applying foundation dust your face with a translucent powder. For a more matte effect, apply powder using a soft puff and then brush over. Makeup Tip 5) Lightly apply lipstick that tones well with the blusher. Relax your mouth so that it falls slightly open and brush on color. NEW LOOK Tips WITH OLD MAKE UP Makeup Tip 2) Rub a generous layer of Vaseline onto your lips and around them for a lasting lip shine; also prevents chapping and cold sores. Makeup Tip 3) Go for a "no-color" eye shadow as a base, like a soft creamy shade "highlighter" and place this on lids up to brow bone. For most eye shapes the dark colors needs to be used on outer eye area and/or in crease. If you use too much, add a little "no color." or translucent powder. Makeup Tip 4) Give top and bottom lashes a generous coat of black mascara. Apply mascara to the bottom lashes before coating the top lashes. Makeup Tip 5) Eyeliner should be applied close to base of eyelashes to make them look thicker. A soft pencil is easier to manage. Makeup Tip 6) Keep the thicker look to outer edge and with elbow on table for stability, draw the line towards inner corner of eye, thinning as you go. On lower lids, after application, smudge slightly with sponge tip of shadow applicator for a softer more natural look.
