Cold/ Flu Bath: 5 d. eucalyptus 5 d. peppermint 4 d. lavender. Add 7 d. thyme for chest congestion. Using this bath oil blend is secure than adding pure EOs directly to the bath water.

Made massage oil blend ingredients 8-10 drops of your option of essential oil or you own blend of essential oils and 1 ounce carrier oil such as sweet almond. Combine the oils together and store in an amber or cobalt glass bottle. Apply during massage, being observant to avoid sensitive areas. This blend postulates that you know how to safely give a massage. Lavender and rosemary oils in a mixed to ease the stiff neck so often related with a headache.

A few drops of peppermint, cypress and lavender oils can depress menstrual cramps.
