VAGINOPLASTY SURGERY (vagina tightening)

Vaginoplasty (vagina tightening) is a surgical procedure that aims to improve the tone of the vagina by tightening the vaginal muscles and supporting tissues.

After childbirth, a women's vaginal muscles may be looser & weaker due to vaginal stretching that occurs during delivery. Vaginoplasty, sometimes referred to as Vaginal Rejuvenation, is designed to tighten the vaginal muscles.

You can usually return to work 6 to 7 days after surgery.

No tampons, constricting underwear (eg. g-strings), or sex for ~6 weeks.

No riding/cycling for at least 3 weeks.

Potential complications of vaginoplasty

- infection
- bleeding
- scarring

When combined with labioplasty (labia reduction), this surgery is often referred to in the media as the "designer vagina".
