A quick wipe with a wash cloth just doesn’t do the trick. Pores can become clogged, and the ensuing result can be acne. Not removing all of your eye make up can be the cause of eye infections. Besides, going to bed with a fresh clean face just feels really good.
The following tips will help you with this nightly ritual:
· Pull your hair away from your face. · Using water and water soluble cleanser gently wash the eye make up off. Try not to pull on this gentle area. Follow with a moisturizing night cream if that is part of your beauty routine. Most cosmetic companies manufacture anti-aging or anti-wrinkle creams which are readily available.
Remember, it isn’t how hard you wash, but how thorough you are. Your skin doesn’t have to tingle or hurt in order to be clean. Treat your face carefully if you want to maintain your youthful appearance. Keep in mind that “scrubbing your skin” won’t get you into bed that much faster. Be gentle and your skin will thank you in the morning!
