Blue eyes, brown eyes, green eyes, sparse lashes, thick lashes, thin lips, full lips, round cheeks, high cheekbones. Each woman is a unique combination of features and while no two makeup needs are the same, here are some tips that can play up all facial features.
Eyes Make eyes “pop” by dotting an eyeliner pencil in a neutral color, such as dark brown or navy blue, along the upper inner eyelids and lightly on the lower lash line. When applying mascara, use a dark brown or soft black and apply an extra coat in the center of the upper lashes and one coat on the lower lashes. Play up the eye shape by applying one dot of highlighting cream or shadow on the brow bone.
After applying blush, apply one to two dots of highlighting cream or shadow on tops of cheekbones and blend towards the hairline. Or use a bronzer and apply in the same manner.
Lips Achieve the “bee-stung” look by applying a small dot of clear colored lip-gloss with a lip brush in the middle of the lower lip, which will both capture and reflect light.
