The Eyes

Dark dramatic eyes are created for this rocker girl look using deep shades of blue, gray, green or any color that draws attention. The biggest part of this look is the smudgy effect. Try a cream or gel based eye shadow for even more rock star drama.

·    Start by sweeping your choice of eye color across the lids and extend it up and into the crease.

·    Next, highlight the brow bone using a lighter shade of the color you applied to your eyelids and crease. Or if you’d prefer, you can highlight the brow bone using a white shadow for real drama.

·    Line your upper and lower lashes using black eye pencil.

·    Using sponge tipped applicator blend over the eyeliners to create a smudging effect.

·    Curl the lashes and apply two coats of black mascara to the upper and lower lashes.

The Lips

Lips that stand out get attention and so do rock stars. If you’re not sure if a bold color is right for you, try the opposite with a pale shade of color. Either way, you’ll still turn heads.

For this look, we’re using a bold red color:

·    To start, soften the lips using a lip balm. If you find that your lips are extremely dry, use a soft toothbrush and brush your lips gently to remove any flakiness.

·    Using a red lip liner, line the lips and extend the lip just outside of the natural lip line to give your lips a pouty look.

·    Next, fill the lips with a matching shade of lip color and blot with a tissue.

·    If you would like the color to last longer, you can dab a bit of translucent powder to your lips and then reapply the lip color.

· For a little added shine, dab a bit of clear gloss to the center of the lips.

If you’d prefer a much paler lip:

·    Start by softening the lips using a lip balm and toothbrush if needed.

·    Next, line your lips using a pale pink lip liner and extend the line outside of the natural lip line to give them a pouty look.

·    Fill the lips using a matching shade of pink lipstick.

To really pull off the above rocker girl look, don’t forget a great hairstyle to compliment the look. Now, go out and show them your stuff and Rock On!
