Beauty experts have some great tips and tricks for working with the shape and contour of your face. Follow their advice about how to downplay or accentuate your features using makeup, and you`ll be impressed at how well it works.

If you`re face is wide or flat, using foundation to create contour can help create a more youthful look. Using a tone three shades darker than normal, blend in small amounts all around the edges of your face, your hairline, and under cheekbones. Want to narrow your nose a little? Try applying a highlighter or lighter shade of foundation down the middle and a darker shade along the sides of nose. You can also take some "wear" off your face with blush. First, choose the right color - one that isn`t too much different than your natural color but different enough to create contrast. If you want to draw attention upward, start blending blush in an upward motion away from cheekbones. On the contrary, if you have a wide forehead and narrow chin, draw attention downward but adding contrast to the lower face - blend color gradually down from cheekbones. Think of these different shades as opportunity to "sculpt" your face into the desired shape. It may take some practice, but after time you can learn how to slim or add to any feature.

Some may seem a little strange, but they came to mention in our search of tips and tricks and we think they`re worth trying. When it comes to beauty, isn`t everything worth trying? Some experts recommend applying buttermilk to the face a few times a day. Although this doesn`t sound all that convenient, may celebrities have mentioned spritzing it on before bed. One of the many tricks for undereye circles, soak some cotton balls in ice water and let set on eyes for about ten minutes before covering dark areas with a light foundation shade. To make small eyes appear bigger, line lower lashes with a white eye pencil. Want soft and supple skin? Some celebrities swear by Bagbalm for use as a moisturizer.
