The Internet is abuzz with suggestions that actress Haylie Duff has gone under the plastic surgeon’s knife. According to the reports, Duff was recently seen sporting a shorter nose and smaller chin.

Fans have also been speculating on movie website forums about her supposed cosmetic procedures. So far opinions seem split on the issue which would indicate that if she has had some work done it has not been a drastic change.
